Meet Dr. Carrie Loewen, your trusted pediatric dentist

Dr. Carrie Loewen brings over 14 years of experience in pediatric dentistry and a lifelong passion for helping children smile brighter. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Texas Tech University, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and Pediatric Dentistry Certificate from UCLA. As a board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Loewen is recognized by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Dental Association, and the Society of American Indian Dentists.

Her journey into dentistry began in high school, inspired by caring for her younger sister during an orthodontic treatment. Today, she’s not only a practicing dentist but a community leader. In addition to serving as volunteer faculty at UCLA Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Loewen is also a member of the cleft palate team at Providence Saint John’s and the president of the parent association at her child’s school.
