She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Texas Tech University, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and Pediatric Dentistry Certificate from UCLA. As a board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Loewen is recognized by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the California Dental Association, and the Society of American Indian Dentists.
